30-06 K303 Multicoater
INTRODUCTION
The K303 Multicoater is used to make accurate and reproducible prints and coatings of a wide range of products on many different substrates. The heads illustrated are fully interchangeable in a matter of minutes providing Gravure, Flexo and exceptionally accurate surface coatings and laminations. One can detect the smallest difference in products because two or more samples may be printed or coated side by side under identical conditions. As a standard gravure proofer it's often used in laboratories for quality control on all ink/substrate combinations for color comparison but also for determining factors such as printability and adhesion.

Multicoater with Flexo Printing Head
- Utilizes doctored anilox flexo plates from which the ink is transferred via the stereo roller onto the substrate
- Natural or synthetic rubber stereos to your own design, including, for instance, your company logo, etc.
- Very fine pressure adjustments can be made to obtain a perfect print on most substrates by the use of micrometers. This also means that settings for any particular substrate can be recorded
- Standard Flexo Plates
