Testing Machines Inc. Acquires Two Global Competitors
Islandia, NY - Testing Machines Inc. (TMI), a Long Island manufacturer of testing instrumentation for the paper, pulp, plastic and packaging industries, purchased Messmer Büchel Ltd. in the UK and Büchel van der Korput in The Netherlands.
This multi-million dollar acquisition will enable TMI to further its global presence in the specialized testing instrument market.
