Testing Machines Inc. Introduces Lab Master Ball Burst Tester
Measures "Poke-Through" Strength of Tissue and Nonwovens
Testing Machines Inc. introduces the Lab Master Ball Burst Tester to provide new insights into the penetration resistance of dry or wetted tissue, paper and nonwoven materials. Load/position curves showing material performance during the test cycle are displayed on the flat panel touch-screen monitor. Users can select portions of these curves to analyze and re-analyze materials in greater detail. The Lab Master Ball Burst Tester meets TAPPI T 570 and proposed European Standard CEN TC 172 for ball burst strength of tissue paper and products. This tester can be used for sophisticated measurements in an R&D lab or configured for one-step automation of test procedures in process control applications.
The Lab Master Probe Tack Tester includes a microprocessor, Windows® operating system, touch-screen monitor and sample fixture in a compact, network-ready package.
