RONKONKOMA, NY-OCTOBER 9, 2007 –
The TMI Group of Companies, a global manufacturer of testing instrumentation, announced today that it has acquired Lako Tool, a leading manufacturer of replacement Sealing Jaws and laboratory testing instrumentation.
“We have a proven, 30-year reputation as a leading manufacturer of replacement Seal Jaws for film packaging machinery,” says Larry Smith, President of Lako Tool. “We are proud to now be a part of the TMI Group of Companies.” Over the last eight years, Lako Tool has also developed and successfully introduced a respected line of Hot Tack Seal Strength and Heat Sealing instrumentation for laboratory use.
