Remote Support

Remote on-line support for computer based software products is available from Testing Machines Inc. through an application which can be downloaded below. Our Quick Support client allows you to receive on-line software support from a TMI software engineer.

Follow these steps:

  1. Contact TMI Support at responsecenter@testingmachines.com or call 302-613-6500 to contact service.
  2. After getting instructions from software engineer confirming support request, download our Quick Support client software HERE.
  3. Give "Your ID and Password" information to TMI support engineer.
  4. TMI support engineer can now provide support on your instrument.

Repair and maintenance

Testing Machines Inc. offers full service repair to instruments manufactured by TMI, Messmer Büchel, Ray-Ran, Oxysense and other manufacturers. We certify all repairs and calibration in accordance with the appropriate ASTM, ISO, TAPPI or other applicable standards.
